We have a proprietary computerized system for tracking the progress of repairs and parts needed, so your repair doesn't get forgotten about, set aside or neglected. We will contact you within three days of receiving your repair to discuss the work that needs to be performed, a cost estimate, and how long it will take to get your equipment back.
We have a secure facility. Our facility has 24/7 video monitoring, a professionally monitored alarm system, and strong physical security.
We accept repairs locally as well as internationally. We have negotiated excellent rates with FedEx and the United States Postal Service, keeping shipping costs low.
We offer FREE tube testing to local customers. Just stop in during business hours and we will test your tubes free of charge, even if you don't buy anything.
Our inventory of over 3,000 different parts makes it possible for us to turn most repairs around in a week or less. If we do not have the parts in stock, it usually takes 2-5 business days to get them from the manufacturer or supplier.

We are a factory authorized warranty service center for Fender, Peavey, Gretsch, SWR, Squier, Genz Benz, Eden, Randall and Orange. We can provide warranty service for your equipment, and order OEM parts directly from the manufacturer if we do not stock them already.

We are located at 1035 N. McQueen Rd, Suite 102, Gilbert, AZ, 85233. From Phoenix, take US-10 east to US-60 (Superstition Freeway) east to the Mesa Drive exit. Turn right onto Mesa Drive. Continue on Mesa Drive past Baseline Road. Mesa Drive changes to McQueen Road. We are on the east side of the road, just past the railroad tracks and following stop light. We are in suite 102 of the Fiesta Ranch Business Center, a grey and maroon building.
